This chest is absolutely stunning. It looks exactly like it is pictured online. The whole chest is solid, well made, and it is very heavy. The drawers are soft-close and can hold quite a bit, however the drawers are not particularly deep. The granite is beautiful and since this chest is so large there is quite a bit of granite surface area. I purchased this for my office but it would look beautiful in a bedroom as well. In fact, I kind of want the bedroom set after seeing this in person. I am so happy with this purchase. It easily handled clothing that used to be split between two smaller dressers. No sticking, wobbling, or flimsy drawer bottoms either — which is rare these days unless you’re spending serious money. Another thing I appreciate is the overall proportions. At 60 inches wide, it makes a statement without overpowering the room. My initial experience started well. It was a little nerve-wracking because it was a large purchase and we couldn't feel, touch, or look at it in person. The reviews were good and bad, but we made the sale, placing our faith in Wayfair. The set is gorgeous, the quality is excellent, and the wow factor is there. The problem was getting scheduled and rescheduled for delivery 5x before we finally received all the items in our order. We were told by the final delivery driver, a true angel on earth, that our delivery should’ve been flagged as needing more than 2 people to deliver the product because of its size and weight. Fortunately, “Isiah” went above and beyond to make it happen. He carefully measured, handled the set with care, and gave me options if it didn’t fit so I wasn’t stuck with a purchase that wouldn’t work in my home.
