The mattress arrived on time and delivery was great. The box was torn up and filthy, but the mattress was in perfect condition. It is a beautifully tufted well designed plush mattress. It is quite heavy, being 15” thick. It is extremely comfortable, with the perfect amount of plushness and firmness. The sides are well constructed and can be sat on without the edge caving in like some other mattresses tend to do. Great purchase.. Sarah. Adkins, TX. Tue Sep 05 2023

I like the firmness of the mattress. Combined with a memory foam mattress topper this mattress is very comfortable. The only thing I dislike and why I can only give 4 stars is that the mattress transfers every movement. So when my husband turns around or our dogs move, I feel it. Our old mattress didn't do that.. OUR FIRMEST MATTRESS FOR MAXIMUM SUPPORT: This is the firmest mattress we’ve ever made. Two layers of 14-gauge coils—far stronger and more durable than those of other brands—combined with high-density natural materials, provide a solid, stable sleep surface that resists sagging and delivers ergonomic alignment, even under heavier weights. Because more coils mean more support, it proudly features up to 2,112 individually wrapped coils, which also improves responsiveness and pressure distribution. While the feel softens slightly for the heaviest sleepers, it remains definitively firm (10 out of 10) for lasting support for back and stomach sleepers. Side sleepers can add an Organic Mattress Topper for added contouring and cushioning.

The new Serta Perfect Sleeper Pro, our most advanced hybrid mattress, features 5 support zones designed with responsive coils and 2" naturally-derived latex foam that retains its shape to improve spinal alignment, for the ultimate in targeted pressure relief.

The luxurious St. James Firm "Hybrid" is a popular Williams Co. model, for its ability to relieve pressure while providing supportive spinal alignment. By utilizing a European layering technique and the highest quality raw materials, this mattress is a perfect fit for those who are looking to eliminate motion, heat, and pressure points. This mattress has a medium-firm, firmness level, and uses a support layer of individually wrapped coils, 3" of latex through the center as well as 1.5" of memory foam and 1.5" of high resiliency cold foam. With organic wool quilted into the cover to keep the body temperature regulated, the mattress is then wrapped in a soft and durable rayon from bamboo cover. The St. James plush is built to last, and is great for side, back, and stomach sleepers.

Very surprised to see the mattress send rolled up. We will not be there to open it up for several weeks.. Win. Tue Aug 18 2026
