The mattress arrived on time and delivery was great. The box was torn up and filthy, but the mattress was in perfect condition. It is a beautifully tufted well designed plush mattress. It is quite heavy, being 15” thick. It is extremely comfortable, with the perfect amount of plushness and firmness. I LOVE this mattress. Made the mistake in the past of purchasing softer mattresses because they seemed plush at the store but only ever ended up with back pain. Great mattress! I have chronic back pain due to scoliosis. I initially purchased a dreamcloud firm mattress and it felt too soft. Swapped it for this one and I couldn’t be happier! I’m extremely happy with this mattress! I chose the 14-inch model, and it exceeded my expectations. It provides an excellent balance of comfort and support—the Euro top and memory foam feel plush, while the pocketed coils keep my spine well aligned. The mattress expanded quickly after unboxing, has very little odor, and feels well made. I also appreciate that it’s fiberglass-free and CertiPUR-USOEKO-TEX certified. After sleeping on it, I wake up feeling well-rested with much less stiffness than on my old mattress. For the price, the quality is outstanding.
