And we definitely haven’t been gentle with it - many kids have had plenty of fun jumping on this bed over the years, and it has held up beautifully! It does sit lower to the ground if you’re used to a higher-profile bed. I have a fairly thick mattress and don’t mind the lower profile at all, especially since I had younger kids when I purchased it.
