The did refund the full fee though. 2 parts are hidden in part 11 that I thought were missing. One of the inner parts was damaged and the manufacturer processed a speedy discount. The couch looks nice overall, but it’s definitely smaller than it appears in the pictures, which was disappointing. That’s the main reason I’m not giving it 5 stars.
