Update 5/7/2026: we're roughly 6 months in to owning 2 of these chairs and issues with failed stitching on the arms has started. We tried reaching out to Wayfair customer service but was told nothing could be done. The chairs are adult owned and used - no harsh treatment by any means. We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. One of the attached photos clearly shows the filling material and separated stitching. The other not so much because we have attempted to stitch it ourselves to keep it from becoming worse.. Wow, this recliner is amazing! The zero-gravity is my favorite feature. You can feel its quality top grain leather, and the perforated center area is great if you are hot natured. Overall, the shipment box of the chair itself is heavy, so I opened the box and took out the backrest first before bringing it into the house. There are two color coordinated cords from the backrest that connect to the two cords on the base of the chair. The power adapter plugs into the upper right back side. The cords placement is well designed so they wouldnt get accidentally pinched while operating the chair. There is storage under each armrest. The two metal cup holders do lift up and can be removed for cleaning. Once I set the chair up and moved it into the zero gravity, I literally took a nap, that shows the comfort I felt as I typically have lower back pain all the way down to my sacrum. Im 5 foot 3 inches, and when seated, before reclining, my heels are 2 inches from the ground. My mom had hip replacement surgery, so I would always offer her this chair so that her hips are above knee level. I cant recommend this recliner enough. The fabric is nice on this recliner. It rocks which is nice. It was fairly easy to put together except the arms were a challenge. The massage is nice. The three stars are because it will only put the feet up and the head down at the same time. There is no adjustment for just putting your feet up or the back down. I had to add an ottoman for my feet if I want to have them up but be upright on the back. It makes it very inconvenient. It did not say this anywhere in the description or I would have gotten a different chair. If you don't mind the reclining and feet up in the same motion, then it is a nice chair.. Deborah. This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. Nice comfy chair, the movable headrest is great feature as well as the hidden cup holders. One of our chairs arrived with some damage to the leather. Hopefully they will take care of this. The only other complaint is the price went down twice within 3 days and they would not give me the price adjustment (would have been almost a $200 savings)and the chairs had not been delivered yet. Also I prepared to be avaliable for the scheduled delivery time and waited all day before receiving a notice the delivery was delayed. This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice.
