So I had to knock a star off because I really do love these pillows. I love how soft they are. I love how cooling they are. I do love that their memory foam and they have that shredded memory foam but here’s the problem. They have way too much foam so I didn’t get as much of a factory smell as I thought I would have and I’m not gonna put these out in the blazing hundred degree heat sun that we have had so I put it in front of my air purifier because that way it just pulls the smell directly to it and then put clean air back into my Bedroom, but it has way too much foam so I pulled some of it out and put it in the other pillow, so I just use the other one for my feet or something, but I’m not gonna return them. I still love them. Maybe it’ll take me some time to get used to these, but when I do like kind of push it down and kind of adjust it a little bit. They’re actually pretty comfortable on your back or to the side if you’re sleeping that way, they might be a little bit comfortable but like I said it takes some time getting used to these cause I’m not used to these kinds of pillows from my other bamboo pillow that has kind of SHRINK on me and bamboo got flat however, these are pretty cool pillows, but I’m not gonna return these and go through the hassle, but I’m glad that these pillows exist. because they’re way better than the other pillows I’ve had for a while. Definitely as advertised. Very fair price and the pillows are definitely between a medium and firm pillow. After sleeping on them all night they fluff back up to their normal shape. The pillows give just enough to feel comfortable yet support your head and neck well. This pillow has been a life saver. Every morning I would wake up with a stiff neck that radiated to my shoulders. I felt the constant need to crack my neck, and dealt with headaches almost daily. I always though my pillows were fine, but every morning I’d wake up not even laying on my pillow. I’d be sleeping below it using my arm for support. Since using this pillow, I’ve woken up for the first time in years without thinking “it’s going to be a bad neck day”. The tension in my neck is almost completely gone, and every morning I wake up I’m still comfortably on the pillow. I added all the extra stuffing into the pillow that it comes with for extra support. I love the firmness, but you can also take stuffing out too if it’s too firm for you! The cooling side is also an amazing bonus. BUY this pillow if you’re a side sleeper who deals with neck pain.
