We got it quickly and set it up last weekend. As reviewed by others-very easy assembly. It is heavy, solid. I worry about the space between the slats being a bit wide. We have a heavy mattress - hope it holds well. I love the look! Goes well with my mid century dresser and high boy. The legs stick out a bit so we have each stubbed our toes-gotta get used to that-lol. Elle. Rockport, TX. Sat Oct 10 2026

It LOOKS nice. I like how it looks like real wood with texture. But it does feel inexpensive. I wouldn’t necessarily say flimsy but it’s definitely not a solid wood. It was a VERY easy piece to put together.. Hannah. Sat Aug 29 2026

Bed was packed well and looks like picture. Assembly was simple with the exception of one leg (see photo) and bed slats (second photo). The cut out in one leg was not aligned and the holes on the bed slats were not drilled in the correct spot which made the assembly more involved.. Kathy. Los Angeles, CA. Sun Sep 13 2026

Decent bed. Love the storage. Looks great. We needed more storage and was sick of just sleeping on the basic metal frame with no head board. Really do love it. Purchased driftwood beige - exactly as pictured and is indeed solid wood construction, but the finish covers the natural grain of the wood. It has a fake wood grain embossed in a thick, plastic-y finish, whereas I expected (and would have preferred) a pickled natural wood look. Regardless, its well made and well designed. Packaged very well with no damage to components. Assembly can be done solo, and I like the Japanese style joinery.. Anonymous. Mauldin, SC. Sun Sep 13 2026

Love this bed-frame, and the dark walnut colour is perfect! I do wish it was made of real wood (the legs are and they’re such great quality) but it’s sturdy and affordable! So I’m really happy overall, the mattress we used was about 8-9 inches high and is the sweet spot for low profile look. Makes the head board look bigger and adds to the aesthetic!. Ryan.
