I love this bed and everything about it. I have yet to use the under the bed storage by. It is a really nice bed with a wide and short head frame to where I can put more decor around or above. The only thing I did not care for was the assembly of the base frame. I started to put it together and then had to take it apart because of the numbers now it could’ve been user error on my end or the way they printed the pictures in the book, but it was not as easy as I assumed it might be and definitely took me a full day to get it done. The bed is beautiful. Solid beechwood. Very sturdy. The crew putting it together had a hard time. It took two of them over 4 hours to assemble it. I’m glad I did not try putting it together myself. The lights are wired for a European 220 volt outlet so they are not usable in USA. I agree with the other comments that the instructions are mediocre, but overall i enjoy the look and feel of the bed. It is all real wood and not particle board. It says no tools required but i would say you would like a drill to make pilot holes for certain parts.. Sandley. Sun Jul 19 2026
