I had a small issue with these barstools when they arrived. I received two different sizes of legs, which resulted in one barstool being higher than the other. I contacted the manufacturer, and they made it right by sending me a replacement set of legs in the correct size. I really appreciated their excellent customer service and how quickly they resolved the issue. The seats are pretty comfortable, although I do wish the backs were a little higher to provide more support. Because the backs are lower, they can feel like they sit a little too far back from the seat. Aside from that, these barstools are very pretty and sturdy.
