Originally came with broken pieces in the shipment. The company resent the defective pieces at no charge. The padded seat was worse the second time, but I’ll just reupholster it myself instead of requesting a 3rd one. It would be best if the company would figure out a new way to ship the seat so that it doesn’t get pinchedmishapen. The tiny screws were a bear to screw into the wood. The color is perfect, although the wood grain is painted on rather than real wood and some color rubbed off when I removed a scuff that was on the front of a drawer when I unboxed it. The assembly for the drawer runners drove us insane a little bit, as the tracks were not labeled and the different styles were mixed together. Once completed, some of the drawers are a little stiff and don’t slide smoothly, though that could always be a slight error on our part while setting it up. The knobs are a pretty cheap quality, I may switch them out at a later date.
