This product has made me realize that there is a thin line between Love and Hate. I can truly say I my feelings putting all the little individual pieces together was long, tedious and very annoying. Four days long to be exact. But the end result is spectacular and quite beautiful. A very wonderful addition to my granddaughters bedroom. I am thrilled with this purchase. I wanted to give my primary bathroom a glam makeover with the lighting. It is even better in person. The glass pieces are well made and overall came well packed, no damage. However, like several other light fixtures that I purchased and helped install, the instructions are not the best. I wish they provided more details in a form of step by step, like furniture, instead of condensing the entire installation in one picture. The crystals are also pretty and heavy, it would look even better if they did not have one side flat, but you can’t tell from far. It was for my daughter’s bedroom, it looks beautiful.
