Really was easy to put together by myself . Probably even quicker with a helper . The hardest part was putting the last piece on and getting everything aligned and when I finally screwed everything in one of the rods on the top came through the other side of the wood . Here’s why this one was a great choice for us it’s the right height for children aged 1-6 it holds about 25-30 board books it’s simple attractive and— most importantly— the shelves are *angled.* why is this important So your books don’t fall forward!
