Fairly easy to build, I did it myself in a little over an hour. My daughter hasn’t used it yet but it seems pretty durable and I think she is going to enjoy it a lot. My only complaint is that, while I know wood grain can come with natural imperfections, I wasn’t expecting this much minor aesthetic damage, but not enough to really complain and send back (some of the white in my picture is styrofoam I haven’t gotten off yet). We are so happy with this playhouse! Our daughter is 2 (almost 2.5) and has been absolutely obsessed with it since the day we set it up. The pizza oven and grill are such cute features and honestly what sold us — she loves “cooking” for everyone and serving little pizzas all day long. The working doorbell was also such a fun surprise and adds a really interactive touch that keeps her entertained. There are so many little details that make it feel extra special without being overwhelming. It took a few hours to setup but was overall fairly easy. The size is great too — big enough for imaginative play without taking over the whole yard. It feels sturdy, looks adorable, and has already become the main event every time we go outside. This little house is so cute and exactly as advertised in the site. It is a lot of assembly but the instructions are clear. I like that it isn’t completely closed in so you can see the kids playing in there. It shows little flames on the stove when you turn the dial and a crawl through so the dog could join the fun.
