Can’t live without it. Hot or cold, small or large. It’s an easy 3 step process and I love it! I suggest not using tap water to avoid hard water rings around the basin; spring or filtered water is best. I also suggest gently washing the water basin. Scrubbing with an abrasive sponge or wire pads will cause scratches on the plastic. I’ve had it for a few years and use it religiously everyday and it’s still brewing strong. I’m really happy with this espresso machine! I’ve been using it at home and honestly love it. It’s simple to use, heats up pretty quickly, and the coffee comes out really good with a nice crema on top. I also love the steam wand because I can froth my milk and make lattes at home. It took me a little practice to get the hang of it, but once I did, it was pretty easy. Another plus is how nice it looks on my counter. It has a clean, modern look without being too big or taking up a ton of space. It also feels sturdy and well made. So far, I have no complaints. When you hit brew on either side, it takes a minute to heat the water before it starts coming out but you can hear it so you know it’s doing something. Functionally, it performs just as well as it looks. It brews coffee quickly, and the aroma that fills the kitchen while it's brewing is absolutely wonderful. The coffee tastes incredibly smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful it was. Initially, I found that the measurements in the filter resulted in coffee that was a bit too strong for my taste.
