Absolutely stunning tree. I had professional installation through Angi services. The tree came pre lit with each sections already wired. So the installer only had to piece together each section and plug in the main cord. I will say, the instructions did not include anything about the tree have a steelbraided cable and trim buckle system that attaches to the base via hooks. So that was a bit confusing. The actual pictures and instructions showed each section and how to piece together but nothing about the cable system that held the tree tight and upright. So I did take that off then realized my tree was swaying and figured out that was to help stabilize it so I had to hire additional help to comeback and reinstall the cable system on tree. Hence the lack of stars. It is very difficult to find a box to put the tree in after taking it down. So do consider that prior to purchasing 14’ tree. Overall the tree was beautiful. This is the most beautiful artificial Christmas tree we’ve ever had! I was a bit nervous about making such a large purchase online, as opposed to seeing it in person, but it was lovely - the lights were vibrant and plentiful, both multicolored and warm white, and it had a twinkling option as well. The branches held up well under some very heavy ornaments. What I loved most about it is that it was airy and had space between the branches, so ornaments were numerous and visible, yet it was lush and not the least bit sparse. I am so glad we didn’t buy from that company that starts airing its commercials in September for their overpriced and mostly white-lit trees - that’s where my husband wanted to purchase a tree. It’s a more natural-looking artificial tree, with the open areas perfect for hanging ornaments. Does require a few hours of fluffing; also noted in the other reviews for this kind of tree. I didn’t realize it was “unlit” ( it was stated in the description) so I put on 2 strings of 300 lights and 1 string of 150 lights; not so easily done on a 9’ tree! That’s the only “con”. Also, be sure to measure your space, as the bottom circumference is wide and does take up a lot of room. Love the finished product more than my 7.5’ Prelit tree from last Christmas.
