I was a bit leary of the plastic tubing that took the place of our previous natural wicker seat we were replacing, but this has more give to it and I think will be easier to keep clean. I’m not docking the rating for this, but I think that the powder coated legs on the matching table may be prone to rust on the edges, but time will tell on that. I really love the products very comfy and pleasurable to lounge on. However. I do have a Major Complaint regarding FEDEX DELIVERY SERVICES that you chose for my package to be delivered by. I Requested that my 72 lb package be delivered to my FRONT DOOR, due to unfortunately I have a Broken/Fractured wrist, instead FEDEX DRIVER delivered my package to the mail room in the FRONT of my building while I live on the opposite side of the build. So I called them several times to have a driver come back out to move it to my door, they told me several lies that they would send someone out. However, they never did, so I even gave them a visit to inform that no one had come out,, and they told me that all their Drivers are CONTRACTORS and the Contracting company does not hold the Drivers accountable for not following direction, there's nothing FEDEX will do about it. I feel so let down it took several days to get someone to move that 72lb box to my FRONT DOOR. So Please use Reliable Delivery Companies. You don't know the challenges your customers may have. Unfortunately they place the bolt holes such that you cannot get a 360° turn on the majority of the bolts so very tedious to turn the bolts and the Allen wrenches. Fast forward to present day and I've just received a third set of 2 chairs because after enlarging our deck we finally have room enough for a table and because these chairs have stood up so well we decided to not buy a dining set and, instead, just buy a new table to go with these chairs. The only downside so far is that the original chairs' cushions are lighter now than the last pair of chairs we bought. I'm not sure if it is the same fabric or if they have faded in the sunlight.
