Sturdy but there seems to be millions of parts, screws and nuts with not great instructions. I put together but myself but would of been easier with 2 people. Quality looks good but will need to use zip ties eventually to replace the ties for the roof. Very disappointed that it went on sale right after I purchased and Wayfair does not refund difference.. They’re HUGE! True to size and very sturdy. I have two Saint Bernard pups (10 months and 11 months old), both already 100 lbs each, and they fit comfortably with plenty of space to stretch out. The metal feels strong and secure, and the doors latch firmly so I don’t worry about them pushing their way out. Setup was super simple — I put both crates together by myself in less than 2 hours. Everything lined up well and the instructions were clear, so assembly wasn’t a hassle at all. I bought the beds separately, but they fit perfectly inside the crates and make them extra cozy. I purchased two of the Chamiya Metal and Wood Pet Furniture Style Crates in Black, and I absolutely love them! Assembly was surprisingly easy, with clear, straightforward instructions. I was able to put both crates together entirely by myself without any issues. The crates are definitely heavy and sturdy, but they are still easy to slide across my tile floors when I need to clean. The three doors open and close smoothly, making it convenient to access the crates, and they are very easy to keep clean. I especially love the brown wood tops, which give the crates a beautiful furniture-style appearance rather than the look of traditional dog crates. The tops are also perfect for storing my dogs' blankets, which is an added bonus! Shipping was incredibly fast, and both crates arrived securely packaged and well-protected. Although they are heavy, I consider that a positive because they feel solid and well-made. I had to return one of them as I didn't have part of the gate I needed (two of the same item in the box), while that was a feat, with it being heavy, Wayfair shipped out my replacement super quick and were super helpful!! Overall, I am extremely pleased with this purchase! They are functional, attractive, and blend nicely with my home decor. I would definitely recommend these crates to anyone looking for something stylish, sturdy, and practical for their babies!. Michelle. Dunedin, FL. Tue Oct 13 2026
