That is the upper tray in the freezer does not stay in and always comes out half way such that it interferes with the bottom tray and one cannot load or remove items easily. This beverage center looked even nicer upon arrival than I expected. I love the sleek interior and Lighting options. My only complaints are that it seems the beverage storage side of the fridge should have an additional shelf and also that the shelving design results in a lot of wasted space this side of the fridge preventing a much larger capacity of cansbeverages (See photos) also the wine racks are very right even with standard size bottles Champagne, Prosecco and large format bottles do not fit on the wine cooler side sadly. With all this said, I still believe that this was a great purchase and I am excited to order custom panels (included Panel specs that were impossible to locate prior to order) and get great use out of this Beverage cooler.. We absolutely love this refrigerator. Seems like a unicorn among refrigerators in this price range if I am honest, whoever designed it is awesome. It holds temperature very well. It's quiet and we never got any significant frost in the freezer. The shelving is well designed and we really appreciate the interior lighting. It's more roomy than many others we have experienced (even with the same dimensions). Sadly we left this unit in the house we sold since we were moving across the country and the realtor said we should leave it. We ARE buying a new one for the new house. I love this fridge. It looks sleek and the middle drawer is super convenient. We use it for drinks not as vegetable drawer. The fridge is smaller but works fine for 2 people.
