The first unit I received arrived with a fairly large dent on the backside, even though the packaging looked perfectly fine. Customer service quickly resent another set, which unfortunately had a small dent in the same spot. Since it was minor and on the backside of the showerhead (where it isn’t visible), I went ahead and used it. That said, the shower system itself is very nice and I’m happy with it overall. The finish isn’t a bright gold. It is closer to a champagne bronze, which is exactly the look I was hoping for. Best of all, it cost about a third of the price of similar systems I considered. The water pressure is solid, and it feels like a quality upgrade in the bathroom. Despite the shipping issues, I’d still recommend this shower system for the value and design.. Natalie. Apex, NC. LOVE this shower head for the overhead shower and handheld. The water pressure is adequate- we have an open shower and too much water pressure sends water everywhere. What I especially love is the handle that controls the on/off & temperature control. It's set at a perfect temp and we just dial on and off.. Lori. Mooresville, NC. Sun Jul 19 2026

Works well, good value for money. Mona. Aventura, FL. Wed Jan 05 2022

Most rain showerheads hang flat, straight down, like an afterthought. This one doesn't. The overhead shower is set at a subtle angle, tilting slightly forward—so the water falls more naturally, more like actual rain. It's a small shift in design, but it changes the whole look. The shower feels less like a fixture and more like part of the architecture. Clean, exposed pipes, a slim silhouette, and that angled rain head catch your eye the moment you walk in. The handheld adds function when you need it, and the slide bar adjusts for everyone in the house. But honestly? It's that angle that makes it different. Available in three finishes, backed by a solid brass build and cUPC-certified valve. A shower that actually looks like you thought about it.

Beautiful, I am currently working on a new walkin shower. I have purchased many items for my shower from wayfair. I am absolutely excited by the quality of my purchases. From the grab bar toilet paper holder, shower seat, vanity and wall mounted shower faucet. Looking forward to many safe years provided by these purchases. Will add photos soon Update May 27th 2026, finally had my shower unit installed by my plumber. I absolutely Love it. I can adjust the hand held part so I can not only sit but can stand comfortably while bathing. What a pleasure not having to worry about having to reach up to grab the hand held of my older shower. I havent used the rainfall part yet but will soon. I also want to say that I dont experience the dripping because when I turn it off its off. Temperature is easy to set. Im 70 years old and can appreciate having things in my life that make it safe to bath and use my shower. I highly recommend. Thank you Wayfair. Carolyn. North Chesterfield, VA. Sat May 30 2026
