I'm giving 5 stars for looks, but really 3 for comfort. The back is great, but the seat is as hard as a board with a hump in the center for some reason. I've seen a lot of furniture like this where you sit on top of it. It's the only way to describe it. I like it though and will keep.. Jennie. Gainesville, FL. Thu Aug 06 2026

The tufted details across the surface introduce subtle depth to the design. Plus, the pillow-topped arms and cushioned back create a cozy spot to relax.

I was concerned it was going to be very close to the floor and uncomfortable but it’s actually very comfortable and it is a bit too short but not a deal breaker at all. You can arrange it many ways.. Anonymous. Mon May 11 2026

What an incredible sofa! The two recliners are awesome and the fact that they are electrically powered is a super bonus. The sofa was super easy to assemble. Absolutely incredibly comfortable and beautiful. Love the cup holders, storage, and power outlets.. Emil. Bulverde, TX. Fri Oct 23 2026

Wayfair shipping was fantastic. They arrived within the window and did a great job bringing it into the home. As for the couch itself it is relatively easy to assemble (it’s 4 screw per leg) and the pins hold it securely in space. The material is very soft and the cushions themselves are relatively stiff at first. After you break them in it is very comfortable. Very pleased with Wayfair again.. Anthony. Broadview Heights, OH. Everything is perfect. The sofa is huge, super comfy, and really well-structured. We love it! The fabric is soft and slightly translucent, kind of like chenille. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a super-luxurious fabric, though.. Daniela. Wed Sep 09 2026

Lovely piece of furniture, it won't take its fluffed shape until a week after you open it. The color and fabric and very nice and the installation is easy. The couch is a little on the firm side, but I hope this will make it last longer and it doesn't sag. I only wish the corner pillows were the same size, as one of them is smaller and looks odd. The picture is 4 days after I received it, and the pillows weren't yet fully fluffed. Overall, it is a good deal.. Pauline. Bethlehem, PA. Sat Oct 10 2026

Love the depth of the couch and ability to lounge comfortably. Feet were a pain to assemble as you need a long screwdriver so couldn’t use my ratcheting screw driver or drill. Wished feet were wood and not plastic, but once assembled you don’t notice. Couch had some defects on arrival, but none that prevented use. Manufacturer was responsive and helped resolve. Sits slightly lower to ground than I was expecting. I like the dual retention features to hold the sections together.. Valerie. WA. Thu Sep 24 2026

We’re loving this new couch. It’s easy to assemble but does take two people, and is really comfortable. The genuine leather on the seats is soft. The sides match well, but definitely feel like faux leather. It’s also really versatile and can configure left or right and you can put the cup holder piece anywhere. We just moved so no decor yet.
