The only real drawback is the headboard height. It’s a bit low, so any mattress taller than about 12 inches will mostly hide it. If you prefer a visible headboard, stick with a lower-profile mattress or plan to add pillows for a layered look. Disappointed with the color and quality of the bed frame. It should be listed as gray. Only the center supports are white. Going back and reading the descriptions, it does say it is gray, so my fault. That being said, I attached pictures of the the nice white supports and the gray sides. The color sometimes shows fingerprints, black color that didn’t get spread out, and chipped off areas. It’s called rustic, but for this price range I think it’s simply poorly done and unattractive. Assembly took about an hour with two people, and while it could definitely be done solo, having an extra set of hands made the process much smoother and faster. Everything arrived well-packaged and carefully protected with Styrofoam, so there was no damage at all. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, with both pictures and written steps that made each stage straightforward. This dresser is durable and overall has good quality. However, my only complaint is the color - it is darker and more of a yellowwarm tone than pictured. Certain areas of the dresser even have a greenish hue to them. The color was so off from the advertised photos that I opted to receive a replacement dresser.
