everything but the rug was acceptable. that 5x7 area rug was just what I wanted. it arrived folded into a square in a box smaller than I get cases of dog food in. the rug is about a 1/4 in thick. I thought I was getting a RUG. like I have always purchased from you. I have bath towels that are thicker. I am not happy with the thickness, nor did it say on the site you could blow air through it. how about giving me a free carpet pad to make up for it? see the amount I have ordered in this one order.
