Not only is this rug gorgeous but it's incredibly soft, honestly the softness rug I have ever owned or even felt. It's thick but just the right thickness not to bulky or burdensome while walking or vacuuming. This rug lays like a dream No sliding or slipping around while walking on it. It lays nice and flat the corners don't curl up as some rugs tend to do. This quality rug is beautiful, functional, plus a dream to clean it spot washes great and I had no trouble running my vacuum over it.
