This is hands down the most comfortable couch I have ever owned. I was always against getting a recliner, but this couch changed everything. When not in a reclining position, the couch doesnt look like a recliner at all. The buttons are tucked underneath the cushions so you dont even see them. Update to review This sofa is not the sink-into kind, but has wonderful support and the reclining feature is so comfy! It reclines flat and mechanism works smoothly. The upholstery will be a breeze to clean. I did put it together by myself not as time consuming as I had guessed. It should be noted that the seat cushions come vacuum-packed and need to “puff up” for 2-3 days. They look great now. Also, the cushions attach with a heavy duty zipper— it is difficult to get started and there was one that simply would not zipper. I changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars after using it! Original review This sofa is going to be incredibly time consuming to put together. The upholstery seems pretty thick and hopefully durable. I just can’t believe the number of pieces involved. Update: Unfortunately, we were sent the same incorrect power cord for the reclining chairs. My husband did end up finding one online that worked. I will upgrade my stars to 4 because it is working correctly. Would have given this 5 stars if the issue was resolved through wayfair, instead of on our own. Not working completely. All the major parts came in and this wasn't hard to put together. I am not 100% liking the velvet material and hoping it won't stain easily. This is larger in dimensions than our previous couch. Not as plush, but longer and taller. Unfortunately, there is an issue with the connectors for the armless chair (center) and the left arm chair. Working with customer service to resolve the issue. Disappointed that the corner piece and additional pieces are no longer available to purchase anywhere. Reserving my recommendations once the connection for the left arm chair is resolved.. Teresa.
