Not only is this cast iron enamel pan beautiful but it cooks to perfection. It is as heavy and well made as my Le Creuset fry pan. This one is very stylish with the brass knob. There doesnt seem to be any hot spots within the pan and the cast iron interior appears to be pre-seasoned. I added a bit of oil before searing .
