I was hesitant to purchase this product since so many other reviewers complained about the plastic. However, it is literally identical to metal but without the buildup. Kohler specifically designed it this way with intentionality. It still feels substantial. It’s beautiful. I will circle back with another review once installed in our new bathroom. However, I think this was a more than fair price point considering the product. It’s still clearly Kohler quality, albeit something you may not expect from a traditional faucet. It’s worth nothing the plumbing parts including the arm from the wall all are metal along with the handle to adjust the water temp. I haven’t yet received the hand sprayer.. Hannah. Dunwoody, GA. Preparing for a Master Bath renovation in our 1934 English Tudor. Maintaining the original cast iron tub since it’s deep (which is hard to find). While I’m still fairly young I opted to add a grab bar now since the walls of the tub/shower will be opened and additional support can be added before closing up the shower wall space with Onyx solid surface walls. Package arrived in less than 2 days. Opened and verified I received the correct color (brushed modern brass) and length. It’s a solid product that will match the rest of the Kohler shower fixtures I plan to have installed.. Lepjontek. Albany, NY. Mon Sep 14 2026
