This is amazing but large. Please make sure you measure your space before ordering. We are using this over our breakfast area which is oversized so it works well. It would also be good for an office or dining room. I do appreciate that while it is large there is light that passes through due to the spacing of the rattan design. Pic attached shows it sitting on my dining room table before being installed so you can get a perspective of sizing. Lea. Fort Mill, SC. Tue Oct 13 2026

The 6-light coastal medieval rope tiered gull pendant light is a true work of art that brings an air of timeless elegance to any interior space. At the heart of this piece is its stunning two-tiered structure. The inspiration for this design is drawn from the graceful wings of a gull in flight, which gives the light a sense of fluidity and movement. Each tier is crafted from high-quality cotton rope, a material known for its durability and soft texture. The use of cotton rope not only adds a luxurious tactile element to the fixture but also serves a functional purpose in terms of light diffusion. The top tier of the gull tiered rope shade pendant light is slightly larger than the bottom one, creating a balanced and harmonious appearance. This size difference also contributes to the overall aesthetic balance of the fixture, ensuring that it looks pleasing from all angles. The gentle curve of each tier further enhances its visual appeal. These curves are not just for show; they play a role in how the light is emitted and perceived within a room.

The chandelier is beautiful and I was so excited to have it installed. However it states that it is adjustable for height and it is not. So make sure your ceiling is tall enough to handle it. I was sooo disappointed because it really is unique and beautiful. My electrician could not adjust it. I called Wayfair and asked for the telephone number for the Company so that maybe they could help me but it was a discontinued number. So having said all that otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.. Glenda. Lithia, FL. Sun May 17 2026

This is such a nice chandelier. My ceilings were a little low so i needed something that would hang, but not be to low. The shorter height of this light was a great balance of style and functionality. Only complaint is that the directions were not really clear when it came to the assembling the center posts. the picture is wrong and the words weren't clear, so i had to completely redo it after my initial attempt.. The overall design pays tribute to the factory lighting of the 19th century. The exposed structure and unadorned materials highlight the industrial spirit of "function is aesthetics". Suitable for lofts, cafes or studies, the warm yellow light projects interlaced light and shadow through the gaps of the hemp ropes, creating a retro yet warm industrial atmosphere. When turned on at night, it is like a floating array of lights from an old workshop, infusing the space with a rough yet romantic nostalgic atmosphere. This ceiling lamp is inspired by the rugged industrial aesthetic, integrating retro elements with modern practical design. The ironwork ceiling panels are paired with sturdy hemp ropes, recreating the tough style of early factory workshops. Each lamp head is suspended by hand-woven flax ropes. The natural texture of the ropes contrasts sharply with the cold and stern feel of the ironwork, presenting a rugged yet handcrafted warmth. The hemp rope naturally hangs down from the circular iron plate. The design of varying lengths adds a visual layering effect and is suitable for Spaces with higher ceilings.

I was unsure about this unusual type of lighting, but after it was installed, I was so very pleasantly surprised. It gives the room a whole different look. It’s attractive, and very well constructed and super easy to install.. Sandra. Wayne, NJ. Mon Sep 07 2026
