If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. The delivery for this couch was wonderful. They updated my time window for delivery the night before, and messaged me an hour out to let me know they were on their way. The crew got it in and assembled very quickly, and I love the cushions and depth of this couch. Compared to some of the other couches I’ve seen from Wayfair, these are much more filled and soft and plush. It’s a light couch, and easy to move, but feels sturdy.
