If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. This sofa has honestly exceeded my expectations, especially at this price point. If you’re on the fence because of the budget, don’t be! We let the cushions fully expand for about 24 hours, and by the 24–48 hour mark they had fluffed up really nicely. I gave the fabric a quick light steam and vacuum, and that was all it needed. Setup was also much easier than I expected. It took my husband and me about 30 minutes, and that’s with three kids running around! I definitely think one person could assemble it alone, it would just take a little longer. One thing I really wanted to mention is the gray color because I couldn’t find many real life photos before ordering. I originally planned on getting the khaki color, but it was backordered, so I made a last minute decision to switch to gray, and I’m honestly so glad I did. It ended up fitting my home even better than I imagined, so hopefully these photos help anyone who’s looking for references of the gray version. The couch is spacious, comfortable, and has quickly become everyone’s favorite spot in the house. Our kids love it, and we’ve already spent countless hours lounging, watching movies, and just relaxing together.
