Shipping was fast and everything seems well packed. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Check your local permitting requirements before ordering. I live about 1,000ft from a bay that connects to the Gulf. Our area requires 150mph wind rating. This only has a 35mph wind rating. Honestly, I’m not sure of any place that never gets wind over 35mph. If your area allows you to build under a certain square footage without pulling a permit, you may be able to bypass the wind rating.. C. R.. FL. Tue Apr 01 2025

We bought 2. This picture is before we added the screen and curtain. We love them. My husband did put this together by himself, but don't recommend it. We placed them on square pavers and anchored them in concrete. They are in courtyard areas which is protected from the wind a bit, but we live in Florida, so I am not sure how they will handle hurricaine season. This year we were ok.. Tracey. Gulf Breeze, FL. This puts the life to my back patio! Now we are able to use this area for 3 out of the 4 seasons as it’s sturdy enough to leave up year round and I have no fear of the snow caving in the structure or weakening the canvas like the previous one we had! I absolutely love the hard top as well as the screens and curtains that actually makes this a whole complete room for entertaining during football season! The build was a bear that because my husband attempted to do it himself when it clearly stated 3 needed to build well part the way through he did get help but it was a full days work but worth every minute of it !the directions were clear and all parts labeled well but ther was plastic covering on every part that was a bit tedious to pull off but with that being their only complaint I’d say that’s a win! It stated the hardware to attach to the deck wasn’t included but to our surprise it certainly was there! So nothing else had to be purchased to complete this build! I am so very pleased with the finished product the wood grain look give it that special pop too ! I would highly recommend this purchase and can tell this will be an item we will enjoy for many years to come!. Sandra. Hilton, NY. Sun Sep 20 2026
