I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate. I am over all pleased with this sofa, it is comfortable and I like the color and fabric. The quality is good. I rated 4 stars because I only wish the back cushions sat up a bit higher, I have only had it for about 2 weeks and already the back cushions are sinking down much lower than the back where the nail studs are. I selected this sofa because I prefer a high back, but I want the top of the cushions to sit just below the line of nail studs as pictured. I think I may try some velcro and attach the cushions to the back, I don't like that they are loose, I wish they were attached.
