Love this fan. Good quality. Great fan for a small room. We bought this for a bunk room in our children's room and it works well fir the space. Kelli. Scarborough, ME. Sat Nov 16 2024

Installs in standard two-wire wall switch - no extra wiring Operates three fan speeds: high, medium and low Fan 1.6 amps Rocker switchplate not included

I ordered 2 of these ceiling fan controls, which arrived damage free, in a timely manner. It was easy to pop out the old controls and install these using my existing wiring. My only complaint is that these say ‘HUNTER’ across the front of the knob, which I didn’t notice in the photos. Since I bought these to match the other fan controls throughout my house, this was kind of a bummer.. Stacy. Seminole, FL. Thu May 10 2018

The fan is excellent. However, the product development team should add a function to the fan-light remote control to switch the fan rotation direction (summer-winter). This fan requires you to climb a ladder (for high ceilings), remove the light cover and flip the fan rotation-direction switch. There is no remote control function to do this. Also, it would be a nice feature to be able to dim the light or change the color of the light from the remote.. Bob Warrick. Denver Co. Sat Oct 10 2026

Got this to replace a Hunter ceiling fan that was remote controlled. The remote no longer worked and was not replaceable. TOo bad because the fan now can’t be used…..so I bought this one with old-fashioned pull chains. OLder design is better, I think!. L. Roaring River, NC. Sat May 16 2026

The blades work well for standard or large rooms, and the low-profile motor housing is a great choice for low ceilings or simply a more subtle appearance.

Received our white Hunter fan very quickly. Was somewhat easy to install. We had an issue with the existing electrical box in the ceiling matching up with the base, but we resolved it. Biggest disappointment was that the light fixture is advertised as glass but ours is plastic! It was already installed when we noticed so Wayfair couldn’t do much for us. Got a small refund however it should not be advertised as glass on the website and in the instruction manual! Fan works smoothly and quietly so relieved at least about that.. Dianne. Smithville, NJ. I bought the 60” fan and while the blades are 60” in length the overall size is similar looking to my 52” fans I replaced because it’s just an overall smaller fan - the ones I replaced were bulkier, older, and had glass light shades on them. My husband installed two of them quite easily but we did not like how the included wall switch is hard wired but uses batteries as well. Hopefully we don’t have to replace them often. I have seen some other reviews say the fan doesn’t move much air and then they may show themselves holding up a piece of paper or tissue to demonstrate. Ours move air (as well as other light things) just fine with our 9’ and 10’ ceilings. Time will tell how well they hold up, but for now they work better than the ones we replaced and we like how they look as well.. Krjh. NE. Wed Aug 05 2026
