Installation was relatively easy, fan runs very quiet. The remote control seems a bit temperamental, it doesn't always respond to the first push of a selected button. I would give these fans a 5 if not for the one thing that I’m fairly disappointed in. I bought one, loved it so much I bought a second fan and that’s where I’m having my difficulties. I’ll explain, I use Apple HomeKit in house I have about 30 devices all controlled with Siri. My first fan was easy to install has a great fit and finish, looks great works great with Siri with no complaints. So I ordered a second fan, went together fantastically also looks great, but integrating it into my Smart Home not so good. It will not let me add the second fan, it actually says your fan is already installed which it’s not. After Googling the issue it’s a know problem. I just wasn’t aware of this issue until after I purchased and installed the second fan. So I’m relegated to only using the remote control for that 2nd fan. I searched for the internet for several fans this color and size. I finally landed on this Hunter one. I loved everything about it. My husband installed it without any trouble. We absolutely love it. The light is the perfect color, not too yellow and not too white-like most LED lights can be. The only downside would be the remote. It only has up and down arrows and the remote does not have a holder for the wall. We tend to loose remotes easily in our household so that is a negative point for us. I bought the 60” fan and while the blades are 60” in length the overall size is similar looking to my 52” fans I replaced because it’s just an overall smaller fan - the ones I replaced were bulkier, older, and had glass light shades on them. My husband installed two of them quite easily but we did not like how the included wall switch is hard wired but uses batteries as well. Hopefully we don’t have to replace them often. I have seen some other reviews say the fan doesn’t move much air and then they may show themselves holding up a piece of paper or tissue to demonstrate. Ours move air (as well as other light things) just fine with our 9’ and 10’ ceilings. Received our white Hunter fan very quickly. Was somewhat easy to install. We had an issue with the existing electrical box in the ceiling matching up with the base, but we resolved it. Biggest disappointment was that the light fixture is advertised as glass but ours is plastic! It was already installed when we noticed so Wayfair couldn’t do much for us. Our newest, best, and easiest to use control. This system controls four fan speeds in forwarding and full-range light dimming. To better adapt to the changing world of light bulb technology, this control system features a CFL Auto-Detect feature that prohibits light dimming if non-dimming CFL bulbs are used in the fan. It also is our first control that eliminates dip switches and frequency interference through the use of Learning Code Synchronization. I would give these fans a 5 if not for the one thing that I’m fairly disappointed in. I bought one, loved it so much I bought a second fan and that’s where I’m having my difficulties. I’ll explain, I use Apple HomeKit in house I have about 30 devices all controlled with Siri. My first fan was easy to install has a great fit and finish, looks great works great with Siri with no complaints. So I ordered a second fan, went together fantastically also looks great, but integrating it into my Smart Home not so good. It will not let me add the second fan, it actually says your fan is already installed which it’s not. After Googling the issue it’s a know problem. I just wasn’t aware of this issue until after I purchased and installed the second fan. So I’m relegated to only using the remote control for that 2nd fan.
