Nice couch, iffy workmanship. First, I want to highlight the issues. The logistics and delivery of the couch were a nightmare. I have never had so many problems with trying to get something delivered, including the time it took and the fact that they kept losing the couch in the warehouse. Suspect. When I finally got it delivered I proceeded to assemble the couch...no instructions but its pretty intuitive. The hardest part was getting the arms on alone. Mission accomplished. I sit on the couch for the first time and the right arms slide outward a little. This is disconcerting because Im worried about long-term use. So I flip the couch and wrestle the arm off thinking I may not have connected it properly. But that wasnt the case, the problem was the bracket was missing a screw. So I found one that fit only to find out then female receptor wasnt deep enough for the screw. I contacted Wayfair. After a few calls and some pics sent they offered 75 off the price. I wanted it repaired, and I didnt want to return it because it was now out of stock and I liked the couch in general. I used some wood screws to better secure the bracket it helped but there was still some bowing. I ordered legs that look exactly like the originals and put them on the main part of the couch. Problem solved the couch doesnt move when I sit down. Now the rest. The couch is beautiful and comfortable. Outside of the issues, Im glad I stuck with it and solved my issue. First, I was surprised at how quickly this arrived-- just two days after I placed the order! Second, I had to get help from a family member to bring it inside, as the box was taller than me and awkward to manage, but extremely well packaged. The next day another family member helped put it together, and we were both impressed how easy it was. And third, it is beautiful! Just exactly the color I love; I wouldn't describe it as "light blue": it is more of a light teal color. The material feels so soft, and I love the two little pillows that came with. I don't know how it'll hold up over time, but for this price it is worth it. I wish now I'd ordered two, because the love seat I had previously in the living room now looks gigantic, whereas the new sofa fits my smallish living room much better. I can see now I had oversized furniture before. The cushions feel a bit uneven: towards the center of the sofa the cushions are firm, which I like. Towards the ends near the armrests, the cushions feel just a bit less firm, but not squashy. Overall I am thrilled-- I'm in love with the color and the feel, and love how it makes the room feel larger. I love this couch! It's really a statement piece in our efficiency apartment that we rent out for short-term stays. ("The Canyon") The fabric makes it look posh/interesting. It's comfortable, but not cushiony. It seems like it's going to keep its shape over time better than other, more billowy, couches. I sprayed it with upholstery protector when it was brand new and it did well. No change in color or texture. Delivery was smooth and easy. I really appreciated having it set up for us, even though it's a pretty simple assembly. I paid over $900, which I think might be a little overpriced for the quality.
