We chose the black option. It is heavy, but our electrician was able to manage it. It is simple-yet sophisticated, delicate, and feels very organic in our space. Our this classic and elegant finishes wagon wheel chandelier is carefully designed to make it blend into the home environment by professional designers. It comes very well packaged, however there are a lot of pieces and does require some assembly. This is a very large and heavy fixture. The website describes it to be a gold finish, but this is more of a spray paintbrushed brass finish. It looks very cheaply colored and doesn’t go well with the finish of other gold light fixtures. We are just hoping that because we’re hanging it in a room with 20 foot ceilings, you don’t notice the difference in color. This light is absolutely stunning. It looks extremely high quality. This is the most money I have spent on lighting to date and its totally worth it. We purchased the 24 light for our entry. It is hung with the 20 chain. For perspective, we replaced a 20 year old pile rubbed bronze fixture that was 18 in diameter. I had concerns the new light may over power the space but the scale worked out beautifully in the end. The only concern was the instructions.
