This clever bench features bobbin turnings on the arms, legs, and stretchers, and a sweetly scalloped apron. The seat is hand-tied rush and the seat divider makes this the perfect "time out" bench when there are cries from the children. Serviceable in an entryway, this bench would also be a happy tableside or at the foot of your bed.

This bench was a very pleasant surprise. I wanted the William Yeoward, Jonathan Charles bench but at $1,900 I decided I would 'settle' for the Emmalee bench instead. I was SHOCKED to see its gorgeous quality and that it is identical to the more expensive one. The color I got says "natural" but as you can see in my photos it is not that; instead it is a beautiful brownish gray, much dressier than a natural finish. The size is identical to the more expensive one, and the construction is substantial, sturdy and very high quality. The cane seating is thick and sturdy. Do not hesitate to purchase this beautiful bench for less than half the price of the Jonathan Charles!. Shannon. Mclean, VA. Mon Jun 08 2026

This upholstered bedroom bench brings a classic, refined accent to your space with its traditional silhouette and rich wood finish. It is crafted from solid walnut wood, and its sturdy frame sits atop four beautifully turned legs that lend a relaxed, country-inspired look to your decor. It also provides a charming staging area at the foot of your bed or in a spacious entryway.

Very nice and firm bench. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 due to its fabric. There’s a yellowish hue which shows very well during the daytime . Then at night under lamp lighting, it appears as true beige.. Vickie. US. Tue Oct 13 2026

Love the way it looks and only took me about 2 hours to put together. I only have two complaints sticker placement (see photo) and the spindles at the end of the bed are very wobbly. Inspired by the timeless Jenny Lind style, this bed features signature turned wood spindles and a tall, eye-catching headboard that brings a playful yet polished touch to any bedroom. Crafted from knot-free, solid pine wood, the Jenny Spindle Bed offers exceptional strength and durability you can count on. A clean, low-VOC finish supports a healthy indoor environment, while solid wood slats, a metal support bar, and metal-on-metal connections create a sturdy, stable design that’s built to last. This spindle bed ships conveniently in one box and includes easy-to-read instructions, tools, and hardware for quick assembly—no box spring or bunkie board required.

Ok, giving this 4.5 stars for aesthetic and solid wood frame. HOWEVER, please be cautioned There were some dings and splintering that are fortunately hidden after assembly with one acception. The assembly itself self took 2.5 hrs with a couple sanity breaks. Each spindled piece has an item sticker that would be visible and thus needed removal. I ruined my nails and spent 10x as long removing stickers and the glue as I did putting the head and footboard together. After FINALLY getting this bed put together, I almost cried contemplating the labor intensive deconstruction that would be required to take it out of the room. This project is not for the faint of heart. It is, indeed, a project. I would not deduct stars as paying for assembly is an option. Also, an oversight on my part, but the bedframe will not house a mattress and box spring, only a mattress. My biggest frustration was the assembly, and second the blemishes on the frame. Of course I cannot handle breaking down to return for replacement pieces, but generally I would recommend if youre going for appearance.. Laurel. Ormond Beach, FL. Mon Aug 03 2026
