I’m really happy with this bed. It was surprisingly easy to assemble, and all the pieces fit together well. Once assembled, the bed feels very sturdy and solid, and it looks even better in person. One of my favorite features is the storage drawer underneath the bed. The drawer has wheels, so it slides in and out very easily, and it’s perfect for storing extra blankets, pillows, clothes, or other things that I don’t want sitting around the room. I also really like the thoughtful design of the slats. There is Velcro along the slat area that helps keep everything securely in place, so the slats don’t move around easily when the bed is being used. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference. The bed is definitely all hard wood. It’s not the type of hardwood you could sand and refinish in the future. It also arrived without any broken pieces. It’s a pretty bed, but we are giving it a 45 because we wanted something subtle. The bed is kind of big and the headboard is massive. What an EASY build. I always appreciate not having to put together 50 billion pieces. This bed took no more than 15 minutes to put together. I gave it 4 stars simply because the footboard had some stains. However, the bed is gorgeous timeless. We were moving, so although this bed came with white glove delivery, we were unable to have them set it up before as it needed to be moved to a new house. Because of that we had to build it ourselves. Unfortunately, a couple pieces of the hardware were not delivered with the bed, including 24 feet of the bed, but it was an easy enough fix to go get them from a hardware store. You can't go wrong with this bed in the camel color. It is absolutely gorgeous and elegant looking. The bed is comfortable and the perfect height with mattress only. If you add a box spring which ones not needed, it will be too high. The price included assembly which was nice but I believe the delivery guys damaged one of the side panels on the headboard when they opened the box, probably with a box cutter. There is a nice slice in the material. I reported it and Wayfair provided prompt assistance. WOW! I am so happy with my purchase. I already owned a beautiful headboard (as you can see in the pictures) but I wanted an upholstered bed base.
