This couch is extremely comfortable. I wasnt expecting it to be as good as it is. It’s a little deceiving because all pieces come compressed in bags. So I wasn’t sure the bottom cushions would expend. And they did! My brother loves it as well. Anonymous. Wed Oct 21 2026

My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. I love shopping at Wayfair and will probably continue to do so, but this particular purchase was very frustrating.. Craig. Minneapolis, MN. Sun Jul 26 2026

Love the Couch, but Packaging Needs Improvement! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love this sectional! It’s spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. We have a toddler and two cats, and everyone loves lounging together on it. One thing I especially love is that we were able to use the ottoman as an extension of the couch, creating even more room for everyone to relax and feel connected. It makes our living room feel so cozy and inviting! The reclining feature is great, and the overall setup is perfect for relaxing together as a family. I’m really happy with how the sectional looks and functions in our living room. Unfortunately, I did have an issue with the packaging. The way the product was packaged during shipping left a large hole in the back of one of the main reclining chairs. This was disappointing, especially with a purchase of this size. Overall, I genuinely love the sectional and am happy with how it works for our family.. Alexsandra. Hanford, CA. Fri Oct 23 2026

We got this couch a couple months ago and so far like it a lot! The most important thing to note is that the depth is not as deep as most living room couches. It's also quite firm (which we like). It's more like a waiting room furniture than living room, but we love the clean look and the support. It's great that all the pieces are interchangeable, rotating them will help reduce wear.. Family and kitty approved. I can’t believe they shipped this in a box. But I guess if they can ship memory foam mattresses in a box taking ship couches in a box. This is supposed to be part of like an L shaped foam couch. But I got the one side open box for a great deal and paired it with an oversized foam. She also bought from Wayfair. The area rug was also a great deal on Wayfair and realties them together. I highly recommend it’s comfortable and stylish and I really like the fabric.. Elizabeth. Chesapeake, VA. Thu Sep 03 2026
