Bought open box item that had been used and did some modifications. The 3 sponges that are glued into the 3 bowls had too much epoxy holding them in taking up a 3rd of the opening and leaving very little sponge for water to run through so they would clog easily. Took sponges out. Ground excess epoxy out of bowls with dremel tool. Put pump in small plastic container with lid. Cut hole in lid for pump hose. Cut hole in back for power cord and drilled multiple holes all around to let water in. This is an update to my prior 1-star review. I have changed my review to 5-stars. After receiving the 1st shipment broken, I contacted Wayfair and was promptly sent a replacement, no questions asked. The 2nd shipment came as equally well-packed, but this time the item was not damaged. I'm pleased with how Wayfair promptly handled this issue and very happy with the replacement pagoda. It's part of my Asian-themed landscape art. I was disappointed this item came broken, thus the 1 star. While the item was very well packed with plenty of bubble wrap and package air-pillows by the sender, FedEx mishandled it, as evidenced by the damaged box, and the pagoda top was shattered and in multiple pieces. I didn't even bother to finish unwrapping it. Andrea from Wayfair promptly and pleasantly handled my request for a return.
