Was surprised when FedEx showed up with only one slim box…but trust the process. Taking out the pieces and breaking down the box for the trash took more time than assembly. Needed two people for assembly just to hold and slide pieces in at the time but all in all very easy. Cushions took some time to fluff up, the back cushions more so than the seat cushions. Seat cushions are nice and firm which makes up a bit in the sparse structure of the overall couch. Back had a nice rise where you can rest your neck on. Couch currently not sitting against a wall and not feeling any lack of support . The sofa itself is really nice. It's a perfect light beige color. Fabric is nice. It's really stiff, which I personally prefer.. I assume it will break in too though. The main thing I wanted to come here and say is that "white glove" or "full service" delivery is such a waste of money. It was free this time, so I went with it, but I said to my wife, it'll probably come damaged.. because what they do is assemble it at a local warehouse and load it wrapped in a blanket on the truck like movers would. Sure enough, it came damaged, smashed in on one side. Also the "movers" had the white cushions stacked in the middle of the street barely teetering on a blanket... any decent breeze or car driving by and they'd have been filthy. Wayfair is sending a new one so that's fine, but for the hassle, I'd rather have it delivered in the box.. this one is literally the main base, 4 cushions and then 4 feet.. anyone could assemble it. Update: Wayfair sent a new one, this time had dirty stains all along the front of the cushion like it was dropped on the warehouse floor. At its price point it is worth the 5 stars. What I like most about it. The seat and back cushions have Velcro, so you the cushions are not sliding and you are not adjusting after it is sat on.
