Unfortunately, there are 2 fabric injuries that are impossible to hide. One of the boxes had a rip in it that had been resealed with packing tape. As a result the fabric was badly damaged. I ordered the Hokku Designs Cloud Couch for our new home and I am obsessed!! We’ve been using it for ~3 weeks now and we love it! The couch is low seating, but we knew that going in and we don’t mind it at all. It’s very comfortable.. perfect for naps. We love being able to comfortably fit multiple people, and being able to move the ottoman is great when you need extra seating or more leg room. Building the couch took about an hour, and the cushion covers were easy to put on. The ottoman is the perfect space to store blankets when we’re not using them. We are loving this couch so far!. It's a beautiful well made couch. But, it sits so high my feet do not touch the ground even when sitting on the edge. I am 5'4". It is a great couch to sit on for a period of time but it is too hard to lay down on, for any period of time. It is very big! I mean it is not 89 inches in total, it is more like 144" with the chaise attached. The pillows are fine - way too big for the pillow covers that come with it but they technically fit. Id consider replacing the inserts. Overall, it’s fine. So I want to start with the positives with this beautiful couch. The color is more of a warm creamy dove gray. The wood accents are a modern gray wood grain look. It wipes off easy and seems to stay clean very easily. It is very large and looks very modern in a space. It has a very high end look that is very unmatched by other brands I’ve seen online. The delivery process was very quick, faster than expected. It was a drop off and they brought it on a pallet so have help to unbox and lift. Each piece is very heavy. There are a few reasons I gave this three stars. When you look at the description it says manual and power recliners. I thought that meant all chairs reclined. I was wrong, there were a couple different versions of this couch and I’m guessing the version I got didn’t offer that. We are a family of four so two people don’t get to recline. The center piece is definitely a focal point. It looks cool the lighting is awesome. We don’t drink so we will never use it for wine. I thought from the description it was refrigerated so I intended on putting bottled water in it. It is not refrigerated so it doesn’t really work for that.
