The bouclé is the perfect creamy white. It’s not stark white but it also doesn’t pull yellow or beige. It’s just a really beautiful soft cream that looks so much more expensive in person. The wood was another thing I was really hoping would look like the photos and it does. It has that slightly grayish white oak tone that I love without looking washed out or overly gray. This boucle bed is very cute. It looks just like the pictures advertised. The bed feels sturdy and was EXTREMELY easyquick to put together— it maybe took me a little over an hour simply because of the amount of screws you have to install. The color of the boucle is a fabulous off white, and the feet are a complementary darker wood with gold caps. The boucle material is soft, doesn’t look or feel cheap, and is easy to clean with a quick vacuumlint rollspot clean. Logistics-wise, it came in one tall, skinny box that was heavier than I could carry by myself. It wasn’t impossible to shimmy it inside alone, but it’d definitely be safer moving with two people given the size. The ONLY negative about this piece is the height of the headboard. We put this bed in one of our bedroom's a couple weeks ago and I keep forgetting it's not something we've had forever — it just fits. The headboard is the first thing you notice. I didn't expect to care this much about a headboard, but now it's basically why the room feels finished.
