The only reason I’m giving this dresser a 4* rating is the customer service !!! I received it and a very big amount of the parts were damaged or broken. No questions asked, they sent me a brand new one! However, it’s a pretty poor quality. The drawers don’t slide in smoothly and get stuck all the time. There is a separate piece that goes in the frame of the face of the drawers and is not properly glued to the frame so it all moves as you open the drawers. I had to glue them all myself so it doesn’t drive me crazy every time I open it. If you are looking for a quality dresser- I would not recommend this one! We ordered this for a bedroom remodel. It was super protected in shipping and so beautiful and sturdy. My only complaint is that, after using for a period of time, we noticed the center was not raised enough and seemed to be slightly sagging. All corner posts were already adjusted as low as possible and the center was raised, so we added a small piece of wood under the middle to lift it a bit more and it is straight/level again.. Kristen.
