One person takes about three hours. I grind the hex wrench so that it could fit into a drill with sped up time. The rough part is doing the back. To strengthen it. I am a big fan of this hall tree! My apartment doesn't have a coat closet so I've been in the market for something that would help with storing outerwear and shoes. This provides ample space for keeping my entryway items both accessible and tidy. I really like the design with the overhead storage as well. Assembly took a few hours; however, I did it on my own and the instructions do recommend two people. The instructions were very easy to follow, and all of the parts were clearly labeled. The only issue I had was that one of the smaller pieces did not have pre-drilled holes in the proper places. It was easy enough to create fresh holes in the "wood" by holding the piece in place and putting some extra pressure into the screws while attaching it.. Meridith. Thu Oct 01 2026
