I'm so disappointed! When I tried to take the chairs out of the box it kept resisting so I turned the box over and the bottom chair had all four legs sticking out! I pulled the bottom chair out and didn't even have to unwrap the chair because the first thing I saw was scratches on the front of the arm. The box is flimsy and other than the thin paper wrapped around the chairs, there is absolutely no padding in the box. Horrible packaging. I'll contact customer service and see how they'll handle this issue. Update...Customer service was wonderful and sent me a replacement set. That box was delivered in worse shape than the first box. Contacted customer service again...I ended up taking the best of 8 chairs and the other four were returned at no cost to me and they even picked it up from my home. The chairs are well built, sturdy but light in weight. The armrests are real teak wood, beautiful and cool to the touch in the sun. The picture is right on with the color, they are taupe. I have a new patio to put these very lovely chairs onto — and am about to not only order sunny yellow seat cushions from Wayfair for comfort, but am also about to order two more chairs to have a set of four! These are made of the high density recycled material that does NOT need to be covered up if left outside, and do NOT need to be brought in or stored in the off-season. These chairs are fantastic! They are extremely comfortable and one of our favorite features is how quickly they dry after rain. Most of the time they’re dry almost instantly, and if not, a quick wipe with a towel is all it takes. Cleanup is effortless, and they look great on our patio.
