For the price so far, so good. I find it hilarious that the ribbed wood pedestal is Velcrod to the table But it looks fine enough for my purposes. I bought the table more for looks, as it will rarely be used. Still, its very decent quality (as much quality as you can get from MDF and veneer), and seems sturdy with the extra middle support. Id say it seats 8 comfortably. If you have slimmer profile chairs, you could squeeze in 10 tightly.. Heather. Sacramento, CA. Fri Aug 28 2026

This Bachman extendable dining table is just what we needed! It's expensive but the quality is very good. It is a solid wood indeed and it fits perfectly in our space. We needed something that will work for our not so big dining area for everyday use but can be extended to use when there's a big gathering. We got a different set of dining chairs coz we needed more back support and this table and its bench matched perfectly with the different chairs we got. This purchase was big enough that full service assembly was free from the Wayfair guys so that was really helpful. It's quite heavy too. My husband and I absolutely love the look and how versatile the design is. If you want to achieve a modern, timeless or even farmhouse vibe in your house, this will fit your needs! 10/10 recommend. . This 7-piece dining set invites family and friends around for get-togethers and special occasions. It includes a rectangular table and six side chairs, each piece crafted from solid and engineered wood with a warm finish that highlights natural grain variation for a hint of rustic style. The table features a classic trestle base, and the top comes with a removable leaf for use whenever you have extra guests. We love the padded seats, upholstered in polyester and filled with foam for just the right amount of support as you enjoy dinner and dessert.

I have used these chairs several weeks now. I was unsure what to think about them at first because my existing chairs sat us too low at the dining table and were very padded but now bottoming out. It's hard to find a good sturdy chair at this price point. They were easy to assemble. We are 5'5" each and these sit us at the right height at the table. They are sturdy. I got lucky and they match or blend nicely with my existing table. Don't judge the cushion on Day 1. The cushion is fine. So far, I had one stain and it easily wiped right off. They are heavy as wood should be, but not ridiculously heavy. The width of the chair seat is great. (We are of average size.) So many chairs nowadays have gotten too skinny. I removed the thing at the bottom of the legs and replaced with self-adhesive sliders as I have a washable rug under the table, so these chairs now slide in and out easily. Now that I've had my chairs a while, I am content with my purchase and will order another two.. Brenda. Caddo Mills, TX. Thu Sep 24 2026
