I’ve had this bed for 3.5years and have slept like a baby on it since. It’s more of a medium plush, I’d say. I got another mattress for a guest room that’s also medium but is firmer. I really love this mattress and was bummed that it’s sold out! Im a sidestomach sleeper. Would recommend and would buy again!. Dorothy. San Francisco, CA. Sat Apr 11 2026

Gel Memory Foam Cooling Medium Hybrid Pillow Top Mattress In a Box with CertiPUR-US OEKO-TEX Certified

This is a great mattress! It came rolled up quite compactly and it filled up to its full size quickly. It is a bit firm for me, but I am using a mattress topper to make it a bit softer. I was disappointed with the tool that they sent to open the plastic wrap. It is supposed to prevent puncturing the mattress but it still made a hole! At least it’s on the side where you can’t really see it.. Jai. Pittsburgh, PA. Wed Oct 07 2026

Very satisfied with this hybrid mattress. The pocket coils offer great support while the gel memory foam feels cozy. So far, I’m in love! Just unboxed and letting take more shape for the day before we sleep on it tonight but, wow! Our last mattress was a Puffy, all foam, and plush. It was wayyyy too soft for us and was killing our backs. So I took a chance on this after reading the reviews and getting in for the sale. Best decision ever! I’m not exaggerating. It’s not even fully formed yet but I know it’s going to be a massive improvement and just what we needed for better back support. The shallow pillow top adds a softness that’s needed so you don’t feel like you’re sleeping on the ground. But the firm structure underneath is absolutely incredible. The best of both worlds! Exactly what we hoped for!. Lauren. Pittsburgh, PA. Sun Jun 07 2026

I have a unique setup where I have 2 queen beds together because I sleep with my 2 great danes and 1 great pyrenees. I needed to be sure this bed was supportive, with some bounce , because straight memory foam doens't hold up to the amount of weight that could be on the bed. THIS IS AMAZING. First the coils are stiff with tons of support. Exactly what I need! It's an honest 12" high which is important since I have a 12" mattress next to it and it was off in measurements, it would be uncomfortable. But most importantly its extremely comfortable. It is a medium to medium firm type feel and it's perfect. I will be getting a second one for the other side of my double-queen bed! All paws approve, too!. Megan. Eagle Lake, FL. Mon May 18 2026

I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

I got thelis 12" medium-firm pillow top hybrid mattress because generally I seem to prefer hybrid mattresses and we needed a new full mattress for our cabin bed. This fit the need beautifully. I like that this one has the individually wrapped coils and motion isolation as well. It shipped fairly compact, but opened and came back into shape very quickly. It still looks a little squished in the pictures but it is not, and I am sure over time, the fabric will relax. The bed is very comfortable and quite nice.
