I think I had one of the best experiences with Wayfair. To start, delivery was on time, I bought the assembly, so the person that was going to put the dresser together, found a discrepancy with one of the important parts, that without, it was going to be impossible to finish the job. Jermaine, called customer service to inform them of what was happening, so that Wayfair could adjust the price, because of the problem, and then proceeded to fix the problem so that I didn’t had to return it and wait more time for my dresser, and just like that I was taken care of. Jermaine ‘s profecionalism and experience aloud me to have my product, like I expected. I n my experience, this is a quality on a individual that you don’t see anymore.. Maria. York, SC. Beautiful product, and relatively easy to assemble. All you need is a Phillips screwdriver. I separated all the pieces to make sure I had everything, laid them all out and it took about 3 total hours to assemble. Exactly what we were looking for. My teen daughter uses this everyday. The price point reflects the quality of materials of course, but the vanity looks as pictured and functions as described. The drawers are a little shallow and do not extend all the way out to easily reach the back of the drawer. The stool that comes with the vanity is so lightweight and that it may topple over if you don’t sit on it just right - not the sturdiest but it works for a kid or smaller teen. We’ve been having trouble with the lights after several months. The light is cheap and shorts easily.. Ms. Chambers. US. Thu Sep 24 2026
