I just received them, but they seem very sturdy and they were packed fairly well. The color of the wood is more honey-stained than the photos would indicate. And I’m not crazy about the look of the actual pads that the legs rest on. Look closely before purchasing, because that may effect your decision. They do lock in nicely when they are unfolded which is nice and that feels solid. First things first, I love that there was no assembly! Number two, I love the material. Feels like it would be easy to clean and that rain would easily fall off. Last but not least, they’re gorgeous! Couldn’t decide between a lounge chair or conversation chairs these conversation pit chairs with reclining backs hit the mark. The backs are very tall, and comfortable for even my 5 foot 10” friend to recline and sit comfortably. The mechanism to move the chairs from upright to reclining works smoothly. They were packaged carefully best part of all absolutely no assembly. They’re very easy to fold up and set aside in case the forecast indicates heavy winds or storms.
