The product looks beautiful as it showed in the advertisement. A couple of things that I would like to share with other potential buyers are (1) they fixture is quite heavy (you will need extra help to install), (2) wires look a bit different than Canadian standard products, and (3) the process of receiving a replacement glass dish to replace the defective one took a month for me. Where do I start... I bought this fixture to go in my sun room that we are having built. I want to bring the outdoors inside because I have COPD and cannot go outside at times. This light is just as indicated in the picture. My designer recommended this light from her design store but they were charging $6,000 dollars. Really beautiful, but prepare yourself honestly for some work. This chandelier is definitely a statement piece, but took over two hours for assembly. Each one of the ginkgo flowers needs to be attached and screwed on with a small set screw. It takes a lot of patience, but if you have it, it’s worth it. The end result is really spectacular. The company was great to work with as well. Some of the flowers came broken and they sent replacements right away. I was so excited for this lamp but it arrived damage due to bad packaging foam. It is a resin casting and looks like relatively high quality casting job, but the packaging foam is cheap and cracked pretty badly, resulting in a really visible chip - rendering the light not worth hanging. The reflector plate was also bent. I couldn't even tell that the box was damaged - it was just the foam on the interior. This 59" tree branch pendant light adds a touch of natural elegance to your space with its delicate ceramic ginkgo leaves and luxurious gold brass finish. The ten-light design provides ample lighting, making it the perfect addition to your living room, dining room or kitchen island.

Absolutely stunning. The gingko leaves come in 2 sizes. The large get attached to the longer metal stems, and smaller leaves to the shorter stems which balances everything out really well. The leaves are thick ceramic and I was impressed with size (pictured in hand is a large leaf). As others mentioned, it is time consuming to put 120 leaves on but worth it. Comes with extra parts including leaves. You will need to bend some of the metal branches outward when assembling. My only complaint would be the little pieces that screw into each leaf that secure them to branches. Many of the heads strip easily and you have to take the time to replace it with another. They include 2 tiny allen wrenches and 2 mini drivers for these, but screwdrivers stripped also. Use caution, these pieces start out tightening well then strip and you can be easily fooled into thinking it's tight. We had one leaf fall on us after we thought it was fully tightened. Wiggle/pull each leaf after tightening to ensure it is truly attached. I wish that part was better quality but all other parts were great. I still gave it 5 stars because it is so beautiful. The chandelier self is very pretty, it came in pieces so you had to attach six arms with the black-and-white wires and screw in each of the crystals. I’m only giving it three stars because the instructions are horrible, does not tell you what to do with the wires how to connect them And it also doesn’t tell you to be very gentle screwing in the crystals otherwise it comes apart from the peg and they only give me two extra so now I have to figure out a couple of them how to attach the crystal to the peg that it sits in with a little bit of glue. It is lightweight yet solid and sturdy. You can customize the amount of flowers you want on it - this photo is with the minimum but it comes with a bunch more you can add at the points. You can also customize the distance you have it hanging from the ceiling which I love. the bulbs are exposed so I’m going to get some cute flame shaped ones for it but that’s another thing you can customize! It’s fairly simple to wire and it gives a nice warm cozy light that’s not too bright. Amazing piece that adds such a luxurious feel to my home. Also it was packaged very well!
