Only on day 2 but it was easy to set up and it’s vacuumed twice so far. I’m pretty sure it’s pulling hair from the carpet that came from our dogs, and the last dog had been gone for two years! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Roomba Plus vacuum and mop is what mom dreams are made of! I have an infant and 2 dogs that shed like crazy. This Roomba saves me SO much time cleaning. You can set different routines daily, every other day, once a week, whatever you want and you can have multiple different routines for different times. The app is extremely easy to navigate. I currently have 3 different routines programmed, one of which is daily. It can be programmed to vacuum, mop, or vacuum and mop at the same time. There are also multiple different settings for vacuum suctioning and mop settings. During mopping the mop pads come out so that it gets into corners and along the baseboards. I don’t even have to think about starting the Roomba because it automatically starts and redocks itself along with self emptying dirty water and emptying what is vacuumed up. The Roomba maps your house and goes in a pattern when cleaning so nothing is left untouched. It has sensors on it so it never runs into walls, furniture, etc. The app allows you to mark no go areas where the vacuum won’t ever go. It also allows you to do spot cleaning or request to clean specific rooms. If it is in the middle of a routine you can pause or end it. It is not very loud at all compared to the last robot vacuum I had. It is louder on carpet than it is on hardwood. The two things I have noticed which bother me are: 1. It will run over cords and does not notice/ does not stop. And 2. It does not alert you when the dock needs to be emptied so you just have to occasionally check. Its size is just right. This little robot gets in and around my dining room table and chairs, which is an area that my other robot vacuum couldn't do without having to remove the chairs. The roller-style mopping system does a much better job cleaning my floors then the vibration mop on my other robot. As for the vacuum system, I have five dogs, and the hair is a problem, but this vacuum system seems to be handling it just fine, whereas my older robot had difficulty with clogs and hair winding up in the rollers. As for the small attached steam cleaner, this has been invaluable, as one of my dogs was ill the other day and had thrown up on my area rug, which this took care of with ease.. Anonymous. Virginia.
